Silpa Group offers to all clients an advanced service of mold development, whatever the product, through the straight collaboration between Silpa’s own molds department and famous Italian molds manufacturers.
The planning stage for molds starts from the design of the product previously developed or through the use of sophisticated machinery capable of duplicating any object to perfection. Thanks to the synergy between skills and advanced CAD CAM systems, Silpa can develop, from a simple sketch in 2D, all the technical data in 3D and then continue with the prototyping and implementation of the molds for production.

Rapid Prototyping. In the process of creating a new product it has become essential to reduce development time and industrialization, and the client is seeking ever more often to view a prototype that matches perfectly the final product in the shortest time possible. This is one of the main strengths of Silpa Group company. Thanks to the ability to use sophisticated technologies and CAD, we are able to offer rapid prototyping as well as hand-crafted samples.
